Having always had a keen interest in staying fit and healthy, Patsy decided to follow her passion and take it up as a career after the birth of her second son, leaving behind the world of estate agency. She has never looked back.
Patsy is married with two sons and prides herself on understanding and helping women get back to their personal best at whatever time in their lives. Being the other side of 40 (keep that bit quiet!) and having been pregnant twice she is able to understand the changes bodies go through and has the personal experience to draw upon and understanding that what worked to keep you fit and healthy in your twenties is not necessarily going to work post pregnancy or as you get older.
